It constitutes of Mental and Physical Work.
The Program is tailored completely to Your Needs and specific Requirements, based on Your Health, Mindset and Expectations Questionnaire.
You will learn about the Importance of Your Morning Routine, what to eat to start getting even more Clarity and Focus in Your Life, what to do to feel Powerful and how to set Your Mind
to overcome Your Daily Stressful Situations.
You will have 2 Personal Consultations with Your Personal Health Coach, every Day Workouts and Mind Practices.
You will learn the Importance of Healthy Every Day Morning Routines.
You will have 1 Personal Consultation with a Psychologist to address any of the Mind Patterns that limit You to reach Your true Potentials.
You will have everyday Mind and Exercise Workouts to reconnect with Your Essence and Your inner Powers.
You will have 3 Follow up Consultations with Your Personal Health Coach in the next 21 Days after the Program is finished, to address the current Issues and to set the Strategy to make sure You are able to keep up with the Healthy LifeStyle Habits and live in accordance with Healthy LifeStyle.

How does Your Day look?
HEALTHY LIFESTYLE INCORPORATED
MORNING ROUTINE
4am – 11am
The Day begins between 4am and 5am with Morning Meditation, Yoga Session with learning the proper Breathing Techniques, incorporation of different Body Cleansing Techniques, Wim Hof Science based Cold Shower and a Breakfast.
DAY ROUTINE
11am – 5pm
The Day continues with Your Private Personal Health Coaching or Psychologist Group Session.
You will have 2 Personal Private Health Coaching Hours with Your Health Coach and 1 Personal Session with a Psychologist.
We will tailor these Sessions according to Your Desires, Needs and Preferences.
The Days switch in order for You to maximise Your Physical Exercise and Your inner Work.
Every Meal Time is always in a Presence of a Nutritionist, who will explain You the importance of different Nutrients, what to ingest, what to avoid, how to properly combine Food.
We will watch the Chef to cook for us and we will prepare some of the Meals together.
We will also learn how to prepare simple Meals under 5 Minutes, when Your Schedule gets really busy or when You are traveling around the Globe for Your next Meeting.
You will get all the Know How to become super aware of what goes inside of You, to eliminate Stress and any Physical Discomforts You may have.
The 2 Hours after Lunch are meant for rest and recovery, or a Visit to Spa with a Therapeutic Massage.
The next 2 Hours before Dinner, are reserved for another Private Personal Health Coaching or Psychologist Group Session with Mental Strengthening Exercises.
EVENING ROUTINE
5pm – 10pm
Starts with a Nutritionist, explaining You the Food Concepts and with the Food Preparation Process.
The Time after Dinner is reserved for Group Mental Exercises with Psychologist, Personal Health Coach is available to address any of the Questions that arose during the Day, or for Your inner Self Reflection.
The Time between 10pm and 11pm is the start of Your deep Sleep, to be able to reap all the Benefits of Your regenerative
Night Hormones.

After completing Your sign in Process, we will send You the Health, Mindset and Your Expectations Questionnaire in order to properly prepare for all of Your Requirements.
We will do this Process of Preparation at least 2 Months prior Your Dates of Arrival.
The Health, Mindset and Expectations Questionnaire will take You around 30 Minutes to fulfil.
You will send it back to us in order to assess the Specific Key Points of our Work together.
