A Healthy LifeStyle Beginners Guide

Updated: May 13, 2020

Keep in Your Mind, there are two Categories of what we ingest: Food and Products.

Food involves all of the Substances that grew on a Tree or came from the Ground. The Products on the other Hand, are what was produced by a Mankind.

We are aiming to get as much unprocessed Food on Your Table, as possible.

Nevertheless, we cannot hide behind the Fact, we are living in an Environment, that almost pushes the tasteful, delightful, delicious Treats down our Throats to calm our Soul, and make us feel better. We need to be careful about that Fact. It is the Reality, we live in.

Healthy LifeStyle Guide

Go to the Groceries, and buy every possible Vegetable, and Fruit that looks good to You. Try to stay away from processed Food, as much as possible.

At the end of The iEat Book, You will find the shopping List, with all possible Variations of what to eat. Enclosed are also Menu Plans, to give You an Idea, how to combine different Types of Nutrients.

You will also find Desert Section, where all the Ideas for Your Treats are on one Place. We don’t want to have any Cravings what so ever.

You need to keep Your Macronutrient Profile in a good Place by eating:

 -  Fresh, steamed and roasted vegetables (the emphasis is on Dark Green Leafy Vegetables in the form of Green Smoothies and all sorts of other Vegetables pieces and chunks)

 -  Fresh Fruit

 -  Beans and Legumes (Beans, Peas, Chick Peas, Lentils)

 -  Gluten Free Cereals and Grains (Oats, Buckwheat, Millet, Rice)

 -  Blue Fish and Fish (Sardines, Mackerel, Salmon)

 -  Organic white Meat (Chicken, Turkey)

 -  Organic grass fed red Meat (Beef, Lamb, Deer)

 -  Organic Free Farm Eggs

 -  Lactose Free Dairy (Sheep, Goat Cheese)

 -  stay hydrated (make sure You drink at least 2 to 3 Litres of Water per Day) **

In order for You to understand the specifics behind the Food, we will specify what goes where, for You to get a clearer Picture, what Macronutrients are, in a separate Article. Micronutrients are Vitamins and Minerals.

We will discuss the Science, and the Facts behind certain Ingredients in a specific Book, dedicated only to Food as A Cell Fuel, and a Vibration setter. We will also address the Facts, why I do recommend something at a certain Age.

If not in sync with Your Body, providing all the necessary Nutrients that it requires, You might already have some Health related Issues, at this Point.

The smallest possible on the list are enormous Cravings, Heartburn, Swellings, Fatigue, not to go into the Section of Acute Diseases.

If You can stay healthy, feel good and provide all the Nutrients to Your Body, why not do it? And if I say, it is not even so hard, why not try it?

“Everything in Life can be achieved. You just need to decide. This is what I believe in. It is the Universal Truth.

And somewhere along the Way, You will too.”
