Let it Go

Updated: May 13, 2020

The famous lines from Frozen.

"C'mon, an Article about a Cartoon, are You joking?" You'd ask me.

How to Handle Anger

"Yes ... just like an Article I've written, with the Frozen Title. It's always about Cartoons. About Fairytales with a sudden Twists and always happy Endings. About the Tiny little Monsters. The Fairytales just have better Names for them." I would answer.

"Read it. You might refresh Your Perspective about certain Things." I would add.

(laughter)

Nevertheless a funny Note of Mine, Joke aside, those Fairytales can teach us quite some Life Lessons.

Being Angry and Resentful is like drinking a Poison and expecting the other Person to die.

Have You ever heard about this before? I have. Numerous Times.

Therefore, what I want to say ... I am not claiming You are not entitled to be angry. Quite on contrary. You have to be.

Feel the Rage. Dive into the Emotion of Anger. Feel it with all of Your Body. Go into the Core of Anger. Throw some Pillows around. You can throw some other Objects, just be careful You do not hurt someone, or destroy too much. (wink)

Anger Management

Talk. Scream. Punch. Kick. Go out and run. As fast as You can. Till You are left without Your Breath. Do it all. Feel it. Feel every single Aspect of being Angry.

And then ... Let it go.

Let the Past in the Past. Forgive. Try to change the Perspective, and try to understand the other Side.

Distance makes Everything seem so small

It does. You are not in the Game. You are not a Main Player. You are na Observer. If You are forced to be a Player, the Rules change. We will talk about it.

But till further Notice ... If You step back a bit, You will see more. You will understand more. You can be a better Player, when You see the Things from a different Perspective. You can be more objective. You can even understand the other Side.

Do not get me wrong, I am not claiming everything can be seen from the other Perspective, and every single Act can be forgotten. I know it is not an easy Task. It's easier said than done. I know. We will talk more about it.

Nevertheless, You might not forget. But You sure should forgive. Why? It sets You free. Letting go, sets You free. Wouldn't You want to be free?

I would. I am.

Think about it.
